Subprocessors

Synoro uses the following providers to operate the production platform. Optional rows apply only when a firm or user connects that integration. Hosting regions are not listed here until they are verified from provider consoles.

Used to operate Synoro

• Vercel. Hosts the Synoro web application and API, including scheduled jobs.
• Supabase. Postgres database and file storage for the Synoro Platform.
• Anthropic. Large-language-model inference for Synoro AI features when those features are used.
• Resend. Transactional email (for example sign-in codes and notifications).
• Google. Optional Google Sign-In; Google Workspace if used for Synoro corporate email.

If you connect them

• Intuit QuickBooks Online. Accounting source and write-back when a firm connects a company.
• Telegram. Client communication when a firm connects a Telegram group.
• Apple. Sign-In with Apple and iOS app distribution when those features are used.
• Expo / EAS. Mobile application builds and updates.
